Buyers want to learn about your business and the products you are promoting. Before they ever think about buying what you are selling, they first want to know what you are offering. Educating buyers and raising awareness of your products is an ongoing effort, considering most companies are constantly getting new followers on social media.
When posting promotional pictures of your content on social media, do not just post it with a caption that says, “BUY NOW!” Instead, introduce the product and provide information about what it is, how it should be used, and the benefits. Customer testimonials -- in the form of videos and written content -- are a powerful tool that can also be used to educate buyers about your products on social media.
